As Chef de Cuisine of StraitsKitchen, Chef Boon is dedicated to showcase the authentic flavours of Singaporean cuisine at each of the live stations.  An expert in South East Asian cooking techniques, Chef Boon has worked his way up to where he is today.  He started out as a commis cook at the then Cafe in 1995.  Chef Boon has also played a vital role in the pre-opening team of Grand Hyatt Singapore's signature restaurant, mezza9.
